Hisar: Two friends were killed late Friday night when their scooty was hit by a car on the railway overbridge connecting Jindal Chowk to Sector 1-4, Hisar. The deceased have been identified as Robin and his friend Praveen, both residents of Pirthala village in Fatehabad.Police registered a case against the unidentified car driver on the complaint of Robin’s brother, Vikas, and initiated the probe. In his complaint, Vikas said he runs a transport business in the auto market, Hisar, while his brother Robin operated another transport company in Hisar.On Friday evening, Praveen came to Hisar for some work and later went with Robin to meet their relative Satyadeep at Jindal Hospital. Around 11.45 pm, the two were travelling on a scooty from Jindal Chowk towards Sector 1-4. A white car coming from the opposite direction hit them on the overbridge.
